Its a full Super Moon Saturday night!
I got my camera, tripod, and Iphone photo tutorial app out and captured the supermoon rising through the trees tonight. I desire to learn how to shoot in manual mode all the time and with my dandy little app telling me how to set the camera, all these photos were successfully taken on manual! I tested a few of the automatic options and the difference was unbelievable.
So did you see the supermoon Saturday night?
I photographed the moon too but not so impressive as you. Love the first two shots...very interesting.
ReplyDeleteI've got to know what lens did you use? I have a zoom lens but did not get anywhere near the detail you did.
I did see it, but girl your photo's are awesome! Thanks for sharing!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank yall!
ReplyDeleteMrs. Lynn, I used my 55-250 lens to take these pictures. I set the manual settings to f/5.6, ISO 100, and exposure of 1/100 sec. I have a photo trainer app and it recommended these settings when using a tripod. If not using tripod it said to change the exposure time.
Good Lord Girl! I didn't know there was an APP for that!Hahaa...I'll have to check it out!
ReplyDeleteThese are Gorgeous!!
hughugs
Thanks,Janice. I got the message on my blog. I haven't really investigated my camera and zoom lens. For the record and after getting your info, I pulled out the instructions -- yikes, so this is how you change the ISO. lol
ReplyDeleteOh yes I did see the moon, it was amazing!!! Those are really awesome pictures you got of it. :)
